Instant tea powder is a kind of plant extract which is extracted from tea by means of high-tech extraction,

Production process of instant tea powder

The production process of instant tea powder mainly includes extraction, filtration, concentration,
drying and other steps. In the extraction process, the main influencing factors are raw material particle size, temperature, time, solid-liquid ratio,
extraction times and so on. There are two main ways of filtration treatment: physical method and chemical method.
Concentration is to improve drying efficiency and reduce processing costs.
Commonly used drying technologies are spray drying technology and vacuum freeze-drying technology .
