Chiral inositol
(D-chiral inositol, also known as DCI) is an isomer of inositol.
Chiral inositol can improve insulin sensitivity. When insulin secretion decreases,
the level of sex hormone binding globulin increases,
thereby gradually balancing sex hormone levels in the body.

The Function of Chiral Inositol :
1. Improve insulin sensitivity:
Chiral inositol (DCI) is the second messenger of insulin signaling,
which can improve insulin sensitivity and thus improve insulin resistance.
2. Promote ovulation:
DCI can help increase insulin sensitivity in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), especially in women with diabetes, and DCI can effectively restore insulin sensitivity and balance hormones,
thus promoting ovulation.
3. Regulate hormone balance:
DCI regulates hormonal balance in the body, which is particularly important for women with PCOS,
who often experience hormonal imbalances.
4. Improve menstrual disorders:
By improving insulin sensitivity and regulating hormone balance,
DCI can help improve the regularity of the menstrual cycle.
5. Antioxidant, anti-aging, anti-inflammatory:
DCI has special physiological functions, including antioxidant, anti-aging and anti-inflammatory effects.
6. Lower cholesterol and lipid levels:
Inositol can promote the conversion of cholesterol in the liver into cholic acid,
thereby reducing cholesterol and lipid levels in the blood,
helping to prevent atherosclerosis and cardiovascular disease.
7. Raise blood sugar levels:
Inositol can also increase the uptake and utilization of glucose by liver cells,
raising blood sugar levels and improving symptoms in patients with diabetes.
8. Other functions:
Inositol also has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, neuronal protection and other effects,
can be used to relieve muscle fatigue, improve sleep quality and other problems.
